ZPC - Epoxy and Zinc Coated Hubless Pipes & Fittings utilize plain-end cast iron pipes and fittings joined by external couplings, manufactured in compliance with BS EN 877 for consistent quality and reliable performance in sewerage and drainage systems.
The dual-layer protection system combines an internal epoxy coating (≥250 μm) for resistance against corrosion, chemicals, and wastewater, with an external zinc coating (≥130 g/m²) plus epoxy finish for enhanced durability against environmental and mechanical damage.
This coating system ensures long service life in aggressive conditions, while the hubless design enables easy installation, reduced labor, and secure, leak-free joints for both above- and below-ground applications.
