ZPC Epoxy and Zinc Coated Hubless Pipes & Fittings are BS EN 877–compliant cast iron systems designed for sewerage and drainage, featuring a hubless, plain-end design with external couplings for easy, secure, and leak-free installation. They incorporate a dual-layer protection system with an internal epoxy coating (≥250 μm) that provides resistance to corrosion, chemicals (pH 2–12), wastewater, and heat while ensuring a smooth flow surface, and an external zinc coating (≥130 g/m²) with an epoxy topcoat for enhanced durability against environmental exposure, mechanical impact, and abrasion. This combination delivers long service life in aggressive conditions, strong adhesion, and thermal stability, making the system suitable for above- and below-ground applications such as SWV systems, underground drainage, sewer pipelines, basements, car parks, coastal or high-humidity areas, industrial environments, and hospitals requiring high corrosion protection.
